After your account is created, you will receive an email with login details. Follow these steps:
Open your browser and go to your company's Email portal (e.g. /apps/hpaerp-mail/email).
Use the email or username and temporary password provided in the email.
Go to Account settings → Security → Change password to set your own password.
We recommend enabling 2FA immediately. See the Security section for details.
If you did not receive the email, check Spam or contact support.email@apps.vn.
Access Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash, and Settings.
Tables, forms, and detail views. Use filters and search for quick lookup.
Find emails by subject, sender, or email. Shortcut: Ctrl + K (if enabled).
Click the top-right avatar for personal settings, password change, and sign out.
Go to Avatar → Personal settings to update:

System URL is provided by your enterprise. Contact IT if you do not have an access link.
